Saturday Night Service - The Saturday evening service starts at 6 p.m. with childcare available for nursery through 6th grade, including a children with special needs class.

Persian Church - The Persian Church worships on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. in Room 104.

Persian Church Bible Study - The Persian Church meets for a Bible study on Sunday mornings, from 9-10 a.m. in Room 104.

Friday Night Prayer - From 6-7 p.m., we take time to pray for the needs here at Calvary. We encourage those who have a burden for prayer or need prayer to join us. “You have not because you ask not...” James 4:2

Sunday Morning Services - There are two morning services on Sundays, 8:45 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Children, 4 years through 6th grade have Children's Worship in Room 206 and then are dismissed to their classes. Childcare is available for nursery through 3 year-olds. The youth are dismissed to Youth Church after worship in the Sanctuary.

Men's Bibles, Bagels & Brew Study - This 6:30 a.m. group meets on Wednesday mornings in the Fellowship Hall. Come, begin the day with some bagels & freshly-brewed coffee as Pastor Rob leads the study in I Peter.

Calvary Chapel Español - This weekly service meets in room 104 on Sunday afternoons at 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

Community Bible Study - Men's Bible Study - CBS is an interdenominational men's Bible study which meets weekly on Monday evenings from 7-9 p.m. here at the church. The Bible study continues in the Book of Revelation through the middle of May.

High School Bible Study - Meets weekly on Tuesday evenings in the downstairs Youth Sanctuary from 7-8:30 p.m. beginning with worship at 7 p.m.

Women's Bible Study - Ladies, join us for our new spring quarter study on Wednesday evenings and also on Thursday mornings. Beth Moore will take us on a "Journey through the Psalms of Ascent" from her study "Stepping Up." The workbook is $13 and childcare is available.

Women's Retreat at Lake San Marcos - Join us for this year's retreat, June 6-8th at Lake San Marcos Resort, San Marcos. The theme is, "Standing Firm" with Debbie Alsdorf and Lindsy Morton is leading worship. The registration flyers are in the lobby. Rooms at the resort are for 2 persons or 3 persons per room.

Men's Fellowship Dinner - The men meet weekly on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. for a delicious dinner and fellowship. Pastor Neil is leading a series in Philippians followed by a time of prayer.

Family Weekend - On both Saturday and Sunday May 24th & 25th the children in 1st through 6th grades will have the opportunity to worship with their parents in the Sanctuary. There will be special music led by our Salvation Station worship team.

Little Ladies Tea - Saturday, May 31st, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., we will have our first tea for 2 year-old through 8 year-old girls and their mothers! Brochures and the sign up sheet are in the lobby.

Father and Son Workshop - On Sunday, June 8th from 4-6 p.m., this Workshop will be an opportunity for a man and a boy, 9-12 years old, to spend time together. The theme is, “Running the Race.” Brochures and the sign-up sheet are in the lobby.

Orientation Gathering - On Thursday, May 29th from 7-8:30 p.m. is the Orientation Gathering for the teachers and helpers for the summer quarter. We will discuss the quarter’s events and distribute the curriculum.

Middle School Bible Study - The Middle School study meets on Wednesday evenings 7-8:30 p.m. in the Youth Sanctuary. The group starts with worship at 7 p.m.

Mother and Daughter Tea - This Sunday, April 27th is the last day to sign up for next week’s Mother and Daughter Tea. You won’t want to miss this fun and informative time together. Join us Sunday, May 4th from 3-5 p.m. as we enjoy fun foods, fellowship, gifts and crafts. Be sure to sign up TODAY.

Vacation Bible School - Our first meeting will be on Sunday, May 18th at 12:15 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. We will enjoy lunch together and learn about the VBS program. Sign up in the lobby to come to the meeting.

VBS Week: July 14th - 18th - Our 2008 Vacation Bible School's theme is, "Power Lab." We will be "discovering Jesus' miraculous power" while we learn lessons from the Bible and enjoy great music, crafts, games, snacks and more. The cost is $15 per child. Registration begins June 1st.

Wales 2009 Missions Trip Meeting - This Sunday, May 4th, from 12-2 p.m., there is a mandatory meeting at the R.O.C.K. next door, for anyone interested in going on the Wales Missions trip during the summer of 2009. Pastor Jason and Pastor Jim, from the R.O.C.K., are leading this group.

National Day of Prayer - Thursday, May 1st is recognized as the National Day of Prayer. CCMV will have an hour of prayer from 6-7 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Come and be blessed as we pray together for our area, state, nation, issues and for each other. Sorry, no childcare.

A Special Good-Bye for Joanne Schake - Our dear sister, Joanne, is leaving for Namibia, Africa on May 6th! However, before we let her go, let’s get together this Friday evening, May 2nd, from 5:30-8 p.m. Please bring your own dinner. We’ll eat together at 6 p.m., dessert & beverages will be provided along with plenty of fun & fellowship as we celebrate Joanne’s departure and her new adventure of faith.
